Fretz & Reedz bring you timeless rock classics, jazz and blues a way you’ve never heard before. Two-time award winners in the National Busking Comp including Best Band at the 2019 Narooma comp.
Muzz, Scott, Mick, and Gail have come together to provide a musical experience for your venue with an up tempo show performance. You’ll hear old favourites given fresh new appeal being played in styles from a bossa nova to reggae beat.
Muzz’s guitar work and unique and powerful vocals give an insight to a muso that has decades of performance experience in the Sydney pub and club scene. He sets a dynamic rhythm to classic rock, country and blues.
Scott with 40 years’ experience as a musician, singer, songwriter and teacher adds both rhythm and beautiful lead on his strings including mandolin, octave mandolin and guitar.
Mick, a traditional bluesman on the harmonica, plays wailing blues rock to smooth minor strains. Mick also adds alto sax behind some of the band’s unique renditions of old jazz standards.
Gail a vocalist trained in gospel, blues and jazz traditions, provides strong female vocals to the old jazz and blues standards as well as singing backup.
