Our Winter menu is out now. Enjoy the new dishes with your family and friends.

Those of you lucky enough to have the Beef Wellington recently were certainly privileged. Tibin put out an excellent dish, highly rated by Duncan McNab author of "Recipe for Murder".

This month the kitchen will feature French dishes the week of July 9-15 - to coincide with Bastille Day on the 14th. The last week of the month will see BBQ / Smokehouse dishes on the specials board.

Pizza will be available Saturdays and Sundays in school holidays and just Sundays at other times.

BISTRO MENU

BREWERY

Simon and his crew had a successful canning run recently that sees two new beers added to the range of cans accompanied by Simon's unique descriptions:

  • "Ahab’s Apricot Wheat Beer"

Brewed for smooth sailing and easy drinking, this hazy apricot wheat beer breaches with fresh stone fruit aroma, soft wheat character with a slightly tart and refreshingly citrus finish. This ale rides the tides between fruity sweetness and crisp ocean spray freshness.

It won't get your leg back, but it'll do in the meantime.

  • "Black Whale Stout"

From the deepest waters comes the Black Whale. Brewed with soft oats, chocolate malts and roast barley it offers up a balanced yet toasty ale, with a rich tanned head and velvety mouthfeel. Expect earthy notes of cacao and vanilla rounded out with silky espresso creme.

Dark waters have never before been so tempting.

The Apricot Wheat beer is now also on one of the rotational taps in the bar.

HUMPBACK BREWERY
