The Sundowners return to Tathra Hotel for a long weekend of good time music featuring Louise Horwood (trumpet) alongside regulars Pete Wild (piano) and David Hewitt (drums) and Sam Martin (double bass). The music is styled on the energetic street music of New Orleans and the infectious melody and rhythms of Zydeco, Swing and Soul.

The Sundowners sound is steeped in local story, accent and humour. They are renowned for hauling their own acoustic piano into the Tathra Hotel and creating an atmosphere that resembles the lounge of a parlour bar from a bygone era.
