Robbie Mann. Robbie Mann is an exciting young stride pianist who hails from the Blue Mountains. After completing a degree in classical music he turned his attention fully to early jazz, specialising in ragtime and stride piano styles. In the short time since, Robbie has garnered a reputation as one of Australia's foremost emerging talents. He has performed with some of Australia's most acclaimed trad jazz instrumentalists, within the Canberra Symphony Orchestra, in bigband formats as well as fronting his own jazz band, 'The Parlour Social’ Debut Solo Album soon to be released.

Robbie Mann & The Parlour Social
Experience the explosive riffs, beguiling counterpoint and visceral stomping beats of Canberra based traditional jazz band - The Parlour Social - helmed by young stride piano specialist Robbie Mann.
Their style has been roughly hewn from the rocks of early 20th century dance music and lovingly honed to precision. The ballads are thick and grimy, the dance numbers burn white hot with rhythm and the melodies are splendidly seductive.
